Better Than Milk makes rice and soy powders that can be made into milk. They also have a liquid soy milk. The now defunt website had no ingredient list, but they all are gluten-free. Available at Amazon.
Edwards & Sons, under Road's Ends Organics, makes Chreese, a sauce mix that is casein free. Most have wheat, but scroll down and there are a couple of gluten-free ones that use brown rice flour. A Nacho Chreese Dip in two flavors is available in a jar. It is made mostly with tomatoes and green lentil flour. See all Edward & Sons dairy-free products. Find it in retail stores or Amazon.
EatintheRaw.com sells Parma!, a non-dairy parmesan seasoning. Made from raw organic walnuts, nutritional yeast, and sea salt. It comes in Original and Chipotle Cayenne. It can be found at natural foods stores and at vegan web sites.
Nutriops in Spain makes the Ecomil line of milk alternatives. In powder form there is almond, chestnut, hazelnut, oat, quinoa, sesame, soy and walnut. In tetra paks there is almond, hazelnut, quinoa, and rice. Powders sweetened with maltose and tetras with agave syrup. Thickened with corn maltodextrin. Only the soy one has soy.
Free & Easy in the UK [web site not yet found] makes a cheese flavored sauce mix and sells in a tub. It is gluten-free, but does contain soya.
Good Karma Foods makes a line of organic rice milks and Rice Devine, a line of frozen rice-based desserts. Their web site is so bad and obnoxious I wasn't able to get any product information, though it is apparently gluten-free. Can buy at Amazon.

Taam-Tov Foods [178 28th St, Brooklyn, NY (718) 788-8880, no web site found] makes a non-dairy instant creamer for coffee. It comes in a canister with a plastic lid or in packets.
Taste The Dream (aka Imagine) makes Rice Dream, Soy Dream, Almond Dream, Oat Dream, Hemp Dream, Power Dream, and Kidz Dream (fruit juice and soy milk). Only the soy ones have soy. Allergycare makes Whizzers Chocolate Beans. [no mfgrs web site found yet] Very similar to M&Ms, but dairy-free.
Zico makes pure coconut water with five essential electrolytes and more potassium than a banana. You can find at natural food stores and at Amazon. (In contrast to the coconut water websites I trashed above, the Zico site is one of the best food manufacturer's sites out there.)
100% Dairy-Free/Vegan: Cheese
Redwood Foods in the UK makes Cheezly, one of the best vegan cheeses available. The texture and taste is authentic, and it melts.
Daiya is a dairy-free vegan cheese that tastes, shreds, melts and stretches like dairy based cheese. It is made with cassava and/or arrowroot flours and many other plant ingredients. Currently only being sold to foodservice and at online stores.
Dr. Cow has a line of tree nut cheeses in eight flavors. As a base they all use either cashew or macadamia, then flavor with brazil nut, hemp, and dulse. Can buy in some natural food stores around Manhattan, a couple places on the west coast. Seven flavors are sold by VeganEssentials.
GFA Brands makes Earth Balance a line of creamy buttery spreads, sticks, and cream cheeses. Some of the spreads are vegan and some are not. One of the spreads is soy-free. They also use the Soy Garden name. Find in the refrigerator. One of the obnoxious websites. And I can't direct link to the products. Plus they make that page very difficult and time consuming to find.
Follow Your Heart makes Vegan Gourmet cheeses in the popular cheese flavors. They claim it is meltable. Made from canola oil, soy, and many other ingredients.
Galaxy Nutritional Foods has a Vegan Brand with several dairy alternatives (e.g. Grated Topping). Other products are lactose-free, but not casein-free. These people bought out Soyco Foods and the Soymage product.
Bute Island Foods in Scotland sells Sheese in nine flavors. All 100% vegan and contain vegetable oil and soybean concentrate.
Tofutti has many soy-based substitutes that are 100% free of dairy: cheese slices, cream cheese, sour cream.

Luna & Larry's makes Coconut Bliss ice cream. The pints come in 10 flavors, plus there are two flavors in bar form.
GranoVita in the UK has a line of soy-based dairy-free alternatives. However, their web site is so unintuitive they have to have instructions in the upper left explaining how to navigate. Look for CremoVita Soya Cream, Soya Drink, and Soyage yogurt.
Hudson River Foods produces Tempt hempmilk in aseptic packaging in five flavors. They also make Tempt, a hemp-based ice cream also in five flavors (and hemp protein and hemp oils). Tempt has added Vitamins A, D2, riboflavin and B12, which Hemp Bliss does not. You can buy online here, but not the ice cream. The same at Amazon.
Oatly has a popular Oat Drink. The basic drink is oats and water. A Swedish company. Available in Europe. (Formerly "Millmilk" Oat milk, but the milk producers wouldn't let them use the word milk.)
Organic Nectars in Malden, NY makes raw products based on agave. Of interest here is their raw vegan gelato. It is made of cashews and sweetened only with their agave syrup. In 11 flavors. It can be purchased here by phone. (I found it in my local HFS.)
Provamel is an organic soy-based heavy dairy (single cream) substitute made in Belgium. It contains wheat. It can be used in cooking.
The Raw Ice Cream Company in Long Island, NY makes a line of vegan ice creams based on coconut and cashews. Available in some stores locally. Online ordering coming soon.
Ricera is an organic brown rice-based yogurt that comes in four flavors. It is the first of its kind. It is casein free, soy free, wheat and gluten free.
Soyatoo! is a brand of Soy Whip. Back in Germany it is called Soya Spray Cream, and there is a Soya Topping Cream which can be whipped just like normal cream. Buy at VeganEssentials or Amazon.

DairyCare is a once-a-day lactose intolerance product formulated with acidophillus to replace the lactase enzyme. Made by NJ based Plainview Health Corporation.
Don José Foods has a couple of non-dairy beverages: Don José Horchata and Cereal Match. The horchata is made from corn syrup, soy, rice, and milk derivatives. The Cereal Match is a rice milk that is made with sunflower oil, corn syrup, rice, and also has milk derivatives. Available in stores on the west coast.
Food Reactions sells BioCare's lactase enzyme liquid. Plus some vegetable capsules.
Ritter Nutrition sells The Lactagen® Program to people that are lactose intolerant. It involves a specific formulated regime which is taken over a 38-day period. You can order online here or Amazon.

Lactofree is a lactose reduced milk available in the UK. It is suitable for lactose intolerance sufferers, but still tastes like regular milk. The site contains some information on the product, though it is by no means the emphasis of the site.
Lisanatti® Foods makes vegetarian cheese alternatives. However, all of their products contain casein and none are dairy-free. Were they dairy-free they would be called vegan and not vegetarian.
Stonyfield Farm O'Soy is a line of yogurt with six active cultures. You have to scroll down to the page bottom to find the soy ones. And the cultures are milk based, so maybe only good for the lactose intolerant.
Natural Zing is a store in Maryland that focuses on the best raw, organic, vegetarian food and health products. None of the products they sell will have any dairy. If you want to make your own chocolate they have the ingredients here. You can request a catalog or buy online here.
